Viña Bujanda har aromer av mörka bär och kryddor som kanel och kryddnejlika. Smaken är fyllig med en bra struktur och eftersmaken är lång och komplex.

Detta vin tillverkas på 100% Tempranillo som kommer från egendomens vingårdar i Rioja Alta och Rioja Alavesa. Här är altituden högre och vinerna behåller en frisk syra. Efter skörd i slutet av september har vinet jäst i temperaturkontrollerade ståltankar innan macerering under två veckor för att få en större smak. Vinet har sedan lagrats i tolv månader på amerikanska ekfat vilket bidrar till den sötkryddiga stilen. Serveras vid 16-18°C till buffémat eller rätter med kött och svamp.
