Via Nostrum Minervois är ett fruktigt och blommigt vin. Här finns doft av röda bär, vanilj och lila blommor. Vinet har en frisk syra och eleganta tanniner, men en generös smak.

Detta vin är tillverkat på 80% Syrah och 20% Grenache. Druvorna skördas och får sedan jäsa på temperaturreglerande ståltankar för att behålla den mogna fruktsmaken. 20% av vinet på Syrah får sedan fått lagras ett år på franska ekfat för en fylligare kropp och mer integrerade tanniner. Serveras vid 16-18°C till rätter med grillat kött, rostade rotfrukter eller med smakrika ostar.
