Via Nostrum Corbière har intensiva aromer av mörka skogsbär såsom blåbär, svarta vinbär och björnbär, samt choklad och en kryddighet. Vinet är koncentrerat med lena tanniner.

Detta vin är tillverkat på 70% Syrah och 30% Grenache. Druvorna skördas och får sedan jäsa på temperaturreglerande ståltankar. Efter jäsningen får en del av Syrah-vinet, 20%, lagras på franska ekfat under ett år för ytterligare komplexitet och kryddighet. Det hjälper också till att runda av vinets tanniner. Serveras vid 16-18°C till rätter med smakrikt kött, eller elegantare rätter som konfiterad anka.
