Sensus White har en doft av gröna äpplen med aromatiska inslag av citrus. Smaken är frisk och fruktig med toner av solmogen frukt och ett rent avslut.

Detta vin tillverkas på druvan Airén, Spaniens mest odlade gröna druvsort, i en fruktdriven och krispig stil. Vingårdarna ser ordentligt med sol vilket hjälper till att locka fram den inbjudande fruktsmaken. Vinet får sedan jäsa på ståltank för att behålla fokuset på fruktsmaken. Serveras vid 6-8°C till toast skagen och andra krämiga rätter med fisk eller skaldjur.
