Schloss Arras Trocken är ett lätt, mousserande vin med fruktig och fräsch doft av äpple och citrus. Vinet är friskt men med en del restsötma som förhöjer den fruktiga smaken.

Metoden för att tillverka detta mousserande vin heter ”Cuvé Close” eller tankmetoden. Det innebär att vinet jäser en andra gång i stora tankar innan det filtreras och tappas på butelj under tryck. Denna metod är utmärkt för mousserande vin där man vill lyfta fram den fruktiga karaktären. Druvblenden varieras årligen efter druvornas kvalitet och förutsättningar. Serveras vid 6-8°C som aperitif, eller till rätter med sötma som ost med marmelad eller fruktbaserade desserter.
