Moillard-Grivot Pinot Noir är ett bärigt vin med smak av fat, hallon, körsbär, lingon och färska örter. Ett elegant och friskt vin med lena tanniner.

Detta vin tillverkas på Pinot Noir på druvor som växer i hjärtat av Côte-d’Or och vinet genomgår en traditionell vinifikation med kallmaceration före jäsning för att extrahera arom av elegant, röd frukt. Vinet lagras sedan i ståltankar under cirka sex månader för att bevara denna fruktighet och skapa ett slankt och elegant vin. Serveras vid 14-16°C till lättare rätter med fågel eller fläsk, eller till rostade rotfrukter.
