Tymas Pinot Noir har mjuka toner av röda bär så som jordgubbar. Det finns en viss kryddighet och vinet har en frisk syra och slank kropp, men intensiv smak.

Tanken bakom detta vin var att göra ett lättdrucket och druvtypiskt vin på druvan Pinot Noir. För att göra det väljs vingårdarna ut noggrant så man får de mest expressiva druvorna. Serveras vid 14-16°C till helstekt anka eller marinerad fläsksida.
