L’Extra par Langlois

L’Extra har en doft av gula äpplen, citruszest och kex. Smaken är torr och elegant med en krämig mousse och elegant avslut.

Detta vin tillverkas endast på gröna druvor i en yngre, fruktigare och mer lättdrucken stil. Druvorna handskördas och vinet tillverkas av 60% Chenin Blanc och 40% Chardonnay. Den andra jäsningen sker på flaskan enligt den traditionella metoden. Vinet har sedan lagrats på sin jästfällning i 12 månader före buteljering. Dosage runt 12 g/l. Serveras vid 8-10°C till kyckling eller kalkon, eller krämiga soppor.
