Les Pierres Dorées Pinot Noir

Les Pierres Dorées Pinot Noir har en aromatisk doft med toner av röda bär, blommor och färsk lakrits. Tanninerna är mjuka, vinet friskt och komplext med smak av smultron, svarta vinbär och rostade mandlar.

Detta vin tillverkas på ekologiskt odlade Pinot Noir-druvor. Vingårdarna ligger på Montagne Noire, en bergskedja i Languedoc-Roussillon väl anpassad för odling av druvor. Vinet macererar med skalen under svala temperaturer för att få så elegant extraktion som möjligt med florala aromer. Jäsningen sker på ståltank för att behålla den intensiva frukten. Serveras vid 14-16°C till rätter som anka i apelsinsås, helgrillad kyckling eller paj med zucchini.
