Laborie Shiraz är ett fruktig vin med inslag av mörka bär och choklad. Vinet har en smak av plommon, hallon, mörka körsbär och viss kryddighet. Vinet är mycket mjukt och lent med integrerade tanniner.

Detta vin tillverk på druvan Shiraz som i det soliga klimatet här får en mogen och generös fruksmak. Efter skörd och avslutad jäsning har vinet fått vila på franska och amerikanska ekfat under 12 månader, för att optimera balansen mellan frukten och ekkaraktären. Serveras vid 16-18°C till rätter med viltkött, kryddiga korvar eller tomatbaserade pastarätter.
