Laborie Sauvignon Blanc är ett frisk och fruktigt vin med tydliga tropiska frukttoner som guava. Vinet har en pigg syra och fruktig smak med en liten mineralitet.

Detta vin tillverkas av Sauvignon Blanc från svala områden vid kusten för att behålla druvornas friska syra och eleganta smak. Vinet jäser på ståltank och lagras sedan väldigt kort innan buteljering, just för att lyfta fram vinets primärfrukt och fräschör. Serveras vid 6-8°C till färska skaldjur, eleganta sallader eller getost.
