Laborie Chardonnay är ett frisk vin med inslag av lime och blommor. Smaken är torr med fruktiga inslag av persika, tropisk frukt och eleganta, rostade fattoner.

Detta vin tillverkas på Chardonnaydruvor som växt nära kusten, där klimatet passar perfekt för produktion av kvalitetsvin. Druvorna som skördas är små och koncentrerade och ger därför en perfekt balans mellan frukt och syra i vinet. Efter jäsning har vinet fått vila fyra månader på franska ekfat för en mer komplex smak och fylligare stil. Serveras vid 10-12°C till krämiga pastarätter eller ugnsbakad lax.
