Infinitus Chardonnay – Viura är ett vin med fräschör. Doften är frisk och aromatisk med inslag av citrusfrukter, gröna äpplen och vita blommor. Vinet har en pigg syra och elegant avslut.

Detta vin tillverkas på en blandning av de två druvorna Chardonnay och Viura. Druvorna kommer från Vino de la Tierra de Castilla och skördas tidigt för att behålla frächören. Skörden börjar redan i augusti vilket är tidigt för detta område. Jäsningen sker på temperaturkontrollerade rostfria ståltankar och detta för att framhäva den friska, rena fruktsmaken. Serveras vid 6-8°C till grönsakspaj, broccolibiffar eller lätta rätter med kyckling.
