Infinitus Cabernet Sauvignon – Tempranillo är ett fruktigt och fylligt vin med mogen röd frukt, florala toner och integrerad ek. Vinet har lena tanniner och tillverkas i en generös stil.

Druvorna till detta vin kommer från Vino de la Tierra de Castilla och skördas tidigt i september när druvona nått full mognad. Det är en blandning av druvorna Cabernet Sauvignon och Tempranillo. Efter skörd sker jäsningen på temperaturkontrollerade rostfria ståltankar och får sedan lagras sex måndader på amerikanska ekfat för en kryddigare stil. Serveras vid 16-18°C till lagrad hårdost eller rödvinsbrässerad oxkind.
