Château Fontaine de Audon är ett frisk och aromatisk vin med inslag av äpplen, mineral, svartvinbärsblad och citron. Vinet har en frisk syra och ett mineraliskt avslut.

Detta vin tillverkas på druvan Sauvignon Blanc. Château de Fontaine är ett av endast fyra faktiska slott i Sancerre, och det enda med en jordmån av 100% flinta. Denna jordmån kallas lokalt Silex och är hyllad världen över för de eleganta vinerna den producerar. Efter skörd får vinet jäsa på temperaturreglerande ståltankar för att bevara druvornas naturliga arom och friskhet, och lagras sedan fortsatt under sex månader på dessa ståltankar. Serveras vid 8-10°C till krabba, grillad vit fisk eller sparrisrätter.
