Hubert Brochard Sancerre är ett friskt och aromatiskt vin med inslag av gröna äpplen, päron, svartvinbärsblad, krusbär, mineral och lime. Aromatiskt men väldigt fräscht.

Detta vin tillverkas på Sauvignon Blanc. Druvorna växer i de tre kalkrika jordmånarna Terres Blanches, Silex och Caillottes visar upp de bästa terroiruttycken från Sancerre. Jäsning sker i temperaturkontrollerade, rostfria ståltankar och vinet får sedan vila fyra månder på sin jästfällning. Större delen lagras i ståltank, men en liten del får lagras både i ekfat, ler-amfora och cementtank för största möjliga komplexitet. Serveras vid 8-10°C till en ostbricka, eller vit fisk med en syrlig vitvinssås.
