Detta vin tillverkas på 100% Viura som kommer från egendomens egna odlingar i La Mancha planterad på 900 meter över havet. Efter skörd pressas druvorna och vinet har macererats kort med skalen i temperaturreglerade ståltankar för ytterligare smakintensitet. Sedan jäser vinet i ståltankar med sin jästfällning under totalt 22 dagar för en lite fylligare stil av vin. Serveras vid 6-8°C som det är, eller till grönsaks- eller fiskbaserade rätter.
