Corvers Kauter Pinot Noir har en doft av frukt som jordgubbar och torkade örter. Smaken är elegant och välbalanserad med en frisk syra och koncentrerad fruktsmak.

Vinet tillverkas på druvan Pinot Noir. Efter handskörd pressas druvorna försiktigt av en traditionell ”basket press” för att endast få ut den mest eleganta delen av druvjuicen som anses vara den bästa. Vinet har fått lagras tolv månader på gamla ekfat för en ytterligare komplexitet och lagringsduglighet. Serveras vid 14-16°C till rätter med anka, kyckling eller svamp.
