Château La Nerthe Blanc är ett elegant och aromatiskt vin med friska toner av citrus, persika och aprikos. Här finns även en del florala toner som gula blommor och acacia. Smaken är fyllig med koncentrerad fruktighet.

Vinet består till 42% av Grenache blanc, 31% Roussanne, 16% Clairette och 11% Bourboulenc. Varje druvsort handplockas och vinifieras var för sig. Efter jäsning på ståltank får Roussanne och Grenache blanc lagras på ekfat med sin jästfällning och Clairette samt Bourbulenc i ståltank under nio månader. Blndningen görs sedan precis innan man buteljerar. Serveras vid 10-12°C och passar utmärkt att kombinera med både fisk, skaldjur och foie gras.
