Haut Gléon Rouge är ett komplext och smakrikt vin med smak av mörk frukt, kryddor och kakao. Vinet är smakrikt med lena tanniner och långt avslut.

Detta vin tillverkas på Syrah, Grenache och Carignan, tre klassiska druvor i sydfrankrike. Druvorna växer på vingårdar runt om Château Haut Gléon, i hjärtat av Corbières, där områdets naturliga källor bidrar till ett unikt mikroklimat. Här blir druvorna friska och smakrika. Efter jäsning får vinet lagras tolv månader i franska ekfat för ytterligare komplexitet och lagringsduglighet. Serveras vid 16-18°C till smakrika rätter som mustiga grytor, lammlägg eller oxkind.
