Haut Gléon Blanc är ett fylligt och smakrikt vitt vin med inslag av mogna päron och vanilj i smaken. Vinet har en frisk syra och rund kropp.

Druvorna i detta vin är Roussanne, Rolle (även kallad Vermentino) samt Grenache Blanc. De växer i hjärtat av Corbières runt omkring Haut Gléons egendom där de naturliga källorna bidrar till ett unikt mikroklimat som ger mogna druvor med bra fräschör. Efter jäsning får Roussanne lagras sex månader på franska ekfat innan vinet blandas ihop. Det ger en komplex smak till vinet samtidigt som den härliga fruktsmaken behålls. Serveras vid 8-10°C till lökpaj, fläsksida eller grillade grönsaker. Även gott till ost.
