Château de Corcelles Beaujolais Blanc har en komplexitet med frisk smak som vita blommor, exotisk frukt och rostade hasselnötter. Vinet har även en pigg syra och en tydlig mineralitet.

Detta vin tillverkas på Chardonnay som växer i vingårdar med en jordmån av lera och kalksten. Druvorna har handskördas vid optimal mognad och genomgår en hård selektering. Vinifiering skedde långsamt i temperaturkontrollerade ståltankar och sedan lagras vinet delvis på större ekfat under sex till åtta månader. Serveras vid 10-12°C till rätter med kyckling, eller till en smakrik svamppasta.
