Candidato Tempranillo är ett fruktdrivet vin med smak av körsbär, skogshallon, blåbär, lakrits och örter. Det är ett mjuk och medelfylligt vin med balanserade tanniner.

Detta vin tillverkas på Tempranillo och större delen av druvorna växer i Secedón Mondéjar just öster om Madrid. Alla druvor odlas ekologiskt. Jäsning sker på temperaturkontrollerade rostfria ståltankar för att lyfta fram de rena fruktaromerna i största möjliga mån. Serveras vid 14-16°C till grillad fläskfilé, gärna med smakrika tillbehör som mojo rojo.
