Work environment and inclusion

At Arvid Nordquist, we work together to create a safe and inclusive workplace where everyone has equal value. Our focus is to offer a developing working environment, the opportunity for a healthy lifestyle, diversity and respect in everyday life. We strengthen the working environment through wellness initiatives during working hours, wellness allowances, a company restaurant and stimulating activities through our sports club. The goal is to maintain a high level of attendance, zero workplace accidents and a culture that is continuously developed to be welcoming and fair. We follow up on the results through regular employee surveys.
