Grey Poupon

Grey Poupon is a strong unsweetened Dijon mustard, originally from Dijon in France. In the 1600s, Dijon in France was the center of mustard production and in 1777 Grey and Poupon started their famous factory. Dijon still accounts for 90% of France’s mustard production. Today, Grey Poupon is still made with the same recipe based on special spices and herbs, black and brown mustard seeds and white wine. What distinguishes Grey Poupon from other Dijon mustards is that Grey Poupon contains white wine instead of vinegar. Grey Poupon’s unique content makes the mustard excellent as a flavoring.
